Wyrd scientists win globally prestigious prize for research showing that consciousness exists outside the brain.

Chief Scientist at Wyrd Research Dr Wolfhardt Janu and team have won the first Linda G. O’Bryant prize awarded by the Institute of Noetic Science for research that demonstrates that consciousness extends beyond the brain. In a competition with 108 entrants including top university departments, the Wyrd team came out top with 2 other winners equally sharing in the $100,000 prize.

The Wyrd proposal focuses on our use of twin random event devices to track events in the field of consciousness. This approach combined with our unique software generates significantly more data to work with than the original research we build on from the 28 years of the Princeton Engineering Anomalies Research lab. You can get your own copy of the prize-winning proposal emailed to you from https://gowyrd.org/research/.

The prize-winners will be part of an online event on June 24th that is free to register for at https://noetic.org/event/research-prize-special-event/.

If you are involved in media and would like to attend the Wyrd Experience Media Day on June 29th and meet the scientists in-person please see more information and register via https://bit.ly/wyrdexperience.
