Letting Go, Letting Come and the Space In-Between

In this time of great transition, we are being challenged at individual and collective levels to release what is no longer of service to us and society, and to give birth to what is next. This process of letting go of the past, presencing in the moment and sourcing from the future is going on at different scales all the time—from our micro-second to micro-second existence to our own birth-life-death process all the way through to the transition of eras. What is important at this time is that we become conscious participants in that process in ourselves and the shifting world around us.

This intensive will focus on inner process, open-heartedness, deep dialogue and concern for life. Even though they may not yet be commonplace, the ideas of ‘Presence’, supported by Joseph Jaworski, Otto Scharmer and others, are increasingly finding their way in the organizational world. These two and a half days will give you insight into the essence of the U-process. You learn to incorporate the wisdom of this powerful paradigm in your professional and personal lives. From there you can initiate fundamental transformation in your organization and broaden your positive societal impact.

The team has great experience of both individual and collective leadership, as well as hands-on midwiving and hospicing. And we are looking forward to going places we’ve never been before…

This intensive carries 2  academic credits for Wisdom University students and is open to others.
